How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 24–72 hours of being placed.

How long will delivery take?
Delivery is expected within 6–15 days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. Stay tuned as we continue to grow!

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. To start a return, email us at pastorphilspeaks@thefcac.org.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method.

Are there items I can't return?
Yes — perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
